These terms apply to all orders placed with [OPERATOR: Skiné Ltd] through skine.co.uk. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we email you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown at checkout.

Delivery

UK delivery times and costs are listed on the Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Safe use

The Skiné Pocket Sonic Dermaplaner is a cosmetic grooming device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Follow the technique guide. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or are unsure, consult a qualified clinician before use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
