Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know within 14 days and return the item within a further 14 days. Items should be returned in resaleable condition where possible.

Faulty or not as described

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. If the device is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you can ask for a repair, replacement or refund.

How to start a return

1. Email [OPERATOR: returns@skine.co.uk] with your order number and the reason.
2. We send a prepaid returns label and instructions within one working day.
3. Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier point.
4. Once it arrives at our warehouse we refund within 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are refundable under the 14-day cancellation right and under the 60-day guarantee.
